Letting conditions
The renting period is usually one or several weeks (Saturday to Saturday).
Hand over hours on agreement.
The rent for one week isCHF 1'050.00 during the summer resp. winter high season and CHF 910.00 during the rest of the year.
A Discount is given as follows: for two weeks’ rent: one free night; for three weeks’ rent: two free nights.
The extra costs include electricity, heating and telephone, and they are calculated and settled according to consumption at the end of the holiday. For electricity/heating, there is a basic fee per week including a flat rate for part of the solar power of CHF 15.00 in summer and CHF 10.00 in winter.
Tourist Tax is CHF 4.00 per night for adults and CHF 1.50 for children from 6 to 16 years of age (charges subject to change) and is to be paid before departure.
Kitchen-towels are provided free of charge
Bed linen and bathroom towels can be rented on site (CHF 15.00 per bed set / CHF 7.00 per towel set)
The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. The necessary materials are provided.
As an option, the final cleaning can be carried out by a local cleaning company (CHF 160.00).
Pets are subject to negotiation.
